1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pupwin ("pupwin", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pupwin website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on pupwin, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pupwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of pupwin or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with pupwin or any other gaming operator.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) active pupwin account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. pupwin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pupwin immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pupwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pupwin supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pupwin account upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change. pupwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. pupwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal page.

• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name.
• pupwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee at pupwin's discretion.
• pupwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pupwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pupwin promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• pupwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account(s) involved may be suspended.
• Bonus funds expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• pupwin reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for a particular bonus.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pupwin Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by independent oversight. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by pupwin or any third party.

The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. pupwin is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance. pupwin's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pupwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward pupwin staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the pupwin Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pupwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of pupwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pupwin Platform without prior written consent from pupwin.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pupwin, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pupwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pupwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pupwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10 Responsible Gaming

pupwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We offer the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after pupwin login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pupwin Platform.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

pupwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of applicable fees.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pupwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pupwin will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the pupwin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pupwin Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate dispute resolution channels. pupwin's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
